SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES

Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated by Ecrater based on the number of items and weight of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify. Ground service is normally 7- 21 business days. Expedited 3 day service is normally 3 business days. Business days don't include weekends or holidays. We do not offer Overnight or weekend shipping. Items normally ship from the warehouse in 2- 5 business days. Ecrater sometimes holds orders for credit check which may slow shipping. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. All shipping charges include a base per shipment cost plus $2.50 per item cost and per pound cost. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be re-assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order unless there is an error.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Estilo Y Modas USA through the Ecrater.com unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Estilo Y Modas USA may be subject to tax in Texas and California, based on where the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges,gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts.

Privacy Policy

Estilo Y Modas USA is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes our practices regarding personal and account information collected through Ecrater and our Web site.

In this policy, any 'personal and account information' including your name, company name, account number, address, telephone number, and e-mail address plus other information that personally identifies you is never shared or resold.

We keep your information encrypted and secured. Only the customer and staff have access to your personal information for the purposes of Customer Service.

Return Policy & Instructions

Shipping Damaged Products

Failure to notify us (the seller) of product damage within 24 hours of receipt voids all shipping damage claims. Shipped products that have obvious signs of damage should be refused. If shipped products are accepted inadvertently, You must email Customer Support at WITHIN THE FIRST 24 hours of receipt to report damage and be eligible for a damage claim. This is necessary for us (the seller) to file a shipping damage claim on behalf of you (the customer).

Estilo Y Modas USA is not liable for any monies lost when the carrier refuses shipping damage claims.

Potentially Defective Products

All potentially defective product claims should be handled by the manufacturer or warranty provider of your product. You (the buyer) should contact the manufacturer for evaluation and warranty support. Please refer to the products' individual warranty policy for further information. You may contact us for manufacturer specific contact information if your product does not bring a warranty manual or card.

Non-Defective Products ( "Buyers Remorse" )

RMA Fee Schedule for Returned Item Condition

Products returned New, Unopened in perfect condition with all packaging and item materials and manuals that can be resold as new are subject to a 30% restock fee + Shipping cost. Products returned Opened with missing items, packaging or accessories or customer caused item, packaging or accessory damage that cannot be resold for any reason will be rejected with no refund. The buyer will be contacted and the product will be shipped back to you (the buyer) at the buyers expense. Failure to return a product within 14 calendar days from the Ecrater purchase date will be deemed to be a permanent acceptance of the product.

Return is not allowed for any reason after this 14 day period. The return must go to our return warehouse or address with a valid RMA on the label or shipping container via FedEx or UPS with tracking showing a pickup date on or before 14 calendar days from Ecrater purchase date.

IMPORTANT NOTES Returned products must have a valid RMA number written on the shipping label or exterior container.

DO NOT write the RMA number on the actual product box. This will be considered damaged merchandise if the products box is marked. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges to our warehouse or address. Customer is responsible for all "risk of loss" and/or "damage to products" being shipped for return.

Please fully insure a return shipment in case of loss or damage.
